The atmospheric pressure circulating fluidized bed gasifier, independently developed by Jinan Huangtai gas furnace co., LTD, which had created the largest single 40000Nm3/h gas production capacity in China in 2014, continues to make great achievements now. On August 18, 2015, a single domestic equipment with the maximum gas output of 60000 Nm3/h was put into operation in a coking plant in Tangshan successfully. Up to now, it has been running steadily for 360 hours, with 288 hours of coal thermal operation using a coke slag index of 6, and all the indexes are stable and normal. This is the first time that low calorific value lean gas is used to replace coke oven gas to produce LNG in China.

At present, our company produce circulating fluidized bed coal gasifiers with gas production capacity of 20000Nm3/h, 25000Nm3/h, 30000Nm3/h, 40000Nm3/h and 60000Nm3/h. All these mark a new historical stage in the use of low-quality coal to produce gas, with high system efficiency and carbon conversion rate, environmental protection.
