On the morning of July 25, 2016, Chiping Xinfa group phase III, two sets of 60000N3/h circulating fluidized bed pulverized coal gasifier project initiated by Jinan Huangtai gas furnace co., LTD started working. Sun Yujuan, the company's deputy general manager, went Chiping site to participate in the construction of the event to congratulate and express the smooth, happy cooperation desire.

Chiping Xinfa group, a loyal customer of Huangtai company, has cooperated many times so far. From two-stage gas generator to pulverized coal gasifier, Chiping Xinfa group has been working with Jinan Huangtai all the time. In 2013, Huangtai undertook Chiping Xinfa phase i CXL4000 circulating fluidized bed coal gasifier program; and in 2014, Huang tai undertook Chiping Xinfa phase ii CXL4000 two sets of circulating fluidized bed coal gasifier project. The two projects have been put into operation smoothly and steadily for several years, providing important heat source guarantee for the normal operation of Xinfa alumina project!

Huangtai circulating fluidized bed gasifier is jointly developed by jinan huangtai gas furnace co., LTD and Institute of physics, Chinese academy of sciences. Pulverized coal (0-10mm) operates in a high power cycle in the furnace, greatly improving the gasification efficiency, reducing the carbon content of ash residue, and saving energy and efficiency.
