For the clean industrial gas project of Jiangxi province building ceramics industry, the annual industrial gas output is 18 billion Nm3 with calorific value of 1500 kcal/Nm3. The project adopted the CXL6000I circulating fluidized bed rich oxygen equipment and fly ash carbon residue fluidized bed combustion technology and equipment jointly developed by the engineering thermal physics, Chinese academy of sciences institute and Huangtai co., LTD, to provide industrial gas to more than 40 ceramic enterprises in the ceramic base.

Under the full demonstration in coal adaptability, technology feasibility, reliability, security, environmental protection and other aspects carried by the experts, the Huangtai gasifier has been demonstrated with coal wide adaptability, high thermal efficiency, safe and reliable technology, stable operation, coal industrial fuel gas clean and environmental protection advantages. So far, Huangtai CXL6000I type gasifier, with single capacity 72000 Nm3/h has reached a historical record of the continuous and stable operation for 483 days.
