Working principle

After the gas comes out of the gasifier, the washing water discharged by the upper sprinkler is washed and cooled down in the vertical pipe I of the equipment. The gas is then returned from the dual section to the vertical pipe II where the gas is washed and cooled. Through this process, the sensible heat carried by the gas is exchanged with the cooling water and the gas temperature is reduced. Tar and large particles of dust from the gas are also washed away.

Composition

It is composed of two vertical tubes, sprinkling device and cutting device. The spray device adopts 4 layers of sprinkler head for air inlet and 6 layers of sprinkler head for air outlet.
