Working principle

The gas enters the tower through the gas entrance and forms a relative movement with the washing water. The water is sprayed from the top down, while the gas moves from the bottom up. Dust, tar and other impurities are stuck on the wet packing and then taken away by the water. When the gas is fully in contact with the packing inside the tower, the water trapped in the gas is separated, and the water is discharged through the water seal pipe. Meanwhile, the impurities in the gas are further purified.

Composition

It is equipped with inner sprinkler head, packing system, external gas inlet, gas outlet, inspection manhole, release pipe, steam purging pipe and water seal pipe.
