Phenolic water incineration system

Role

Incinerating the phenol water produced by the gas station to generate steam and recycle the waste heat. Thus, the gas station can achieve zero emission of hazardous materials and meet the requirements of environmental protection. Phenolic water incineration system is an independent system which can be used continuously or intermittently. The fuel can be tar or light oil produced by gas or gas stove.

Working principle

The condensate of the intercooler is a poisonous substance, which can be pyrolyzed at high temperature in the incineration section of the phenolic water incineration system to generate steam. Then the waste heat is recycled by the waste heat recovery system. The waste heat can be recycled for self-use and external supply.

Composition

Phenolic water incineration system is composed of the incineration section and the waste heat recovery system.
