Working principle

The gas drives the dust to enter the dust collector along the tangential direction at a certain speed. Suspended dust particles are thrown to the inner surface of the cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, and fall down to the ash pipe under the action of gravity. The gas enters the central pipe, forming an upward spiral air flow and leaves the dust collector from the top.

Composition

Composed of gas inlet, shell, inspection manhole, pillar, ash discharge pipe, water flush device and gas outlet. To reduce heat loss and protect metal shell, refractory materials are built on its inner wall.
